I’m partial but he is one of the nicest OTTBs I have ridden.  Very, uphill and easy and fun to ride on the flat and jumping.  His canter is his best attribute and a blind monkey would know where they are at jumping a course.  He needs turnout, preferable stall run with as much access to the outdoors or quiet as possible otherwise he looks unsettled.  He was slightly spooky when he moved from California but a round of ulcer treatment and the management of turnout seemed to cure his worry in the crossties and the stall.  The worst he did was stop moving, absolutely no buck or bolt.  He LOVES attention and people, will be groomed and snuggled all day.  He is sensitive to ride, not for an anxious or unconfident rider but with the right program, he rides out on trails, jumps all the fill, the best horse in the area in this price range.  Would be a lovely horse for a child to show in the lower levels.
