Coercion
What I have learned most definitely from riding Zis is that coercion is an unacceptable and unnecessary training technique.
forcing her into the bridle, chopping her in the mouth for spooking or bucking, monstrous spurs and giant sticks did nothing other then make her resent her work and inevitably she started hitting fences.
I'm positive that the more experienced riders could ride her better then me but I am quite happy with positive, albeit slow, progress we have been making.
